Pumpe-Service AS acquires Mdekon Pumpeservice AS

We are pleased to announce that Pumpe-Service AS has acquired Mdekon Pumpeservice AS, effective December 10th.

The sellers are the company founder GHEORGHE MANIA and MD Kai Ingar Allergodt. Both will remain with the company, adding many years of valuable experience. Kai will assume the role of Managing Director for both Pumpe-Service and MDEKON, while Gheorghe will serve as Development Manager.
